The following internet cafes near the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta have demonstrated to the Embassy their ability to produce the Electronic Visa Application Form (EVAF) in accordance with Department of State requirements. 

As of October 1, 2006, internet usage charges per hour at these cafes varied between Rp. 3,000 and Rp. 15,000 to fill out and print the EVAF. There is no charge from the U.S. Government for filling out the EVAF. 

Any questions about the EVAF or the application process in general should be directed to jakconsul@state.gov only. 

Di bawah ini daftar alamat kafe internet (warnet) yang terdekat Kedubes AS Jakarta yang di percayai oleh kami dalam kemampuan mereka dengan pelayanan visa formulir elektronik (EVAF) sesuai dengan Department of State.

Mulai Oktober 1, 2006, pengunaan internet per jam pada Warnet di bawah ini bervariasi antara Rp. 3000 s/d Rp. 15,000 untuk mengisi dan mencetak. Pengisian formulir EVAF tidak dikenakan biaya dari pemerintah AS.
