Emergency Planning Guidelines 02/13/03 
  Current international tensions and their uncertain impact on security in Indonesia should prompt all Americans here to review their security profiles and begin prudent planning for various contingencies that may arise in weeks ahead. The Indonesian government has guaranteed the safety of Americans in Indonesia and has developed plans to respond to any threats that might arise. It is also heartening that recent protests have remained non-violent. Nevertheless, no one can predict with certainty what reaction international events in the next few weeks might provoke inside Indonesia.
