The U.S. Embassy in Jakarta is seeking an individual for the position of Guard Supervisor in the Regional Security Office (RSO).

BASIC FUNCTION OF POSITION:

The incumbent will manage the guard force under the supervision of the RSO, ARSO, and Senior Local Investigator. S/He will direct activities such as hiring, training, preparing orders, work scheduling and investigations.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

1. A High School Diploma is required.

2. At least 3 (three) years of military or police related experience is required, including 2 (two) years of supervising experience.

3. Level III (Good Working Knowledge) in English and a level IV (Fluent) in Bahasa Indonesian are required.

4. Must have knowledge in the use of communication equipment, video recorders, camera and general security practices.

5. Must be willing to work different shifts.

6. Must be able to complete necessary log books and write reports, and must possess computer skills.
