U.S. Embassy Jakarta Donates to Primary School Madrasah Children

U.S. Embassy Jakarta, Uplift International, and Dharma Wanita Pusat together, launched a sustainable capacity-building program to fulfill the health rights of primary-level madrasah children today at the Vice-President’s Palace. The program is based on a public-private partnership which embraces and incorporates several United Nations Millennium Development Goals, and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) will donate halal food as part of the program.
