USS Blue Ridge Crewmembers Visit North Jakarta Orphanage

USS Blue Ridge crewmembers and orphanage staff pose with orphans in North Jakarta, during a visit to the Yayasan Murni Jaya orphanage on May 13, as part of ship’s three-day visit to Jakarta.  The USS Blue Ridge donated beds, school supplies, and educational materials to the orphanage.

Petty Officer Dale Marshall shares a laugh with children from the Yayasan Murni Jaya orphanage.   USS Blue Ridge crewmembers played with the children, and read to them from children’s books, in addition to donating beds, school supplies, and educational materials.
