Introduction to American Citizen Services (ACS)
We see applicants for passports, consular reports of birth abroad (CRBA), additional visa pages, notarial and all other American Citizen services by appointment only 12.30 to 14.30 pm , Monday to Friday. We are closed on both Indonesian and U.S. holidays and weekends. Fees for consular services may be paid only in Indonesian Rupiah cash or American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Master Card, and Visa credit cards.

Please do not contact us until you have comprehensively reviewed our website and any links. We cannot offer specific guidance in the absence of a formal application, booked by appointment. All visitors and their personal items must undergo a comprehensive security screening via walk-through and hand-held metal detectors prior to entry. Visitors refusing security screening are prohibited from entry. Please do not bring the following prohibited items to the consulate as there is no storage in or outside of the building:
- Food, liquids and beverages;
- Luggage larger than a purse or briefcase;
- Weapons, sharp objects or tools of any kind;
- Electronic, battery operated or recording equipment of any kind to include laptops, cell phones, tape/CD/MP3 players, pagers, keyless remotes, etc.;
- Oversized strollers.
